  Zeke Dumke IV, Chairman   Mr. Dumke is an experienced financial and legal professional, with an expert understanding of family office investing, impact investing, private equity, and venture capital. Previously, Mr. Dumke founded and managed Reddo Capital Partners, a social impact investment firm and has worked with his own family office. While managing Reddo, he focused on real estate finance, private credit, consumer lending, and private equity. Mr. Dumke served as finance chair for a respected philanthropic foundation for a decade and is backed by a successful career as an attorney specializing in civil litigation and intellectual property, admitted to the Bar in the states of California, Texas, and Utah. Mr. Dumke has lead microfinance projects in Southeast Asia, where he was able to fuse his passion for social impact with his professional expertise. He is the founder and managing editor of Business Law for Managers and Entrepreneurs, in conjunction with the Business Section of the Utah Bar. He currently sits on the boards of the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art, SJINC Foundation, the Katherine and Ezekiel Dumke Jr. Foundation, and volunteers as an advisor to other non-profits in the field of venture philanthropy. He holds a BS in Business and Economics from Westminster College, an MBA from Bond University in Australia, and a JD from the University of San Francisco.

Michele Sweeten, Finance Chair

CPA, founded the Sweeten CPA accounting firm in 2002 as a one-woman operation.  Since then, she has grown the firm through her hard work and vision to a staff of 29 CPAs, accountants, and bookkeepers, with clients in a wide array of industries including construction, retail, professional services, and education.  She is dedicated and loyal to her clients, and now more than 400 individuals and small businesses rely on her for the trusted relationship, intelligence and responsiveness they have come to know and expect. In addition to delivering high quality and cost-effective bookkeeping and tax preparation services, Michele also prides herself in connecting dedicated professionals with each other in order to reach their goals and grow their businesses through involvement in various networking groups, business coaching, and leadership services.

  Jon Pattillo   Jon owns and serves as President for AvecMode. Originally trained in photojournalism, Jon’s work has been featured in editorial publications such as Sports Illustrated, ESPN the Magazine, TIME, Texas Monthly and WIRED magazine.   From 2003 to 2008 he owned and operated the independent music label Fat Caddy Records. In 2008 the label transformed into the consulting firm FC+, which advised touring artists, venues, and music festivals in the areas of production, environmental design, POP merchandise and brand identity. In 2009 Jon co-founded the Austin-based Sanctuary Printshop, a design and build studio specializing in apparel production, environmental design, music merchandise and retail development. From 2011 to 2013 Jon produced the global style program and developed on-site interactive elements for ESPN X Games.  Since 2014 Jon and the AvecMode team have produced and contributed to many large-scale events such as ESPN X Games, United States Formula One Grand Prix, SXSW and MotoGP. Currently the AvecMode provides event development, management and operations services to C3 Presents multiple festivals such as Austin Food + Wine, Music City Food + Wine, Chipotle Cultivate and many more.

Throughout her career she has invested in improving her communication for she knows that the most powerful skill one can have is being influential in your communication.   Abhi T.   Abhi is a true nomad at heart; he resides between Vancouver, BC and San Antonio, TX and more often than not is on the go. He is the Founder and Principal of Naya Consultants, a boutique Consultancy whose mission is to assist in bringing retail concepts with a social and/or environmental cause engrained in their DNA to market; check out Nada (www.nadagrocery.com) – “Canada’s first package-free grocery initiative”. In tandem, Naya performs the functions of a retail ninja by quietly and quickly assisting struggling mom and pop retailers with turnarounds. Furthermore, Naya is conceptualizing innovative retail projects that focus on maximizing both the experience and efficiency of a retail space with the introduction of Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence. Abhi & Naya are also actively involved in the Not-For- Profit space, they are currently drawing up the plans for a respite ranch for the families of children with special needs. Furthermore, they volunteer their time to the New Vista Society, a nursing home specializing in Dementia care. Before devoting his work fulltime to Naya Consultants, Abhi served as Director for a luxury retailing behemoth where he successfully ran a network of 120 retail stores and 300 employees, generating gross revenues in excess of $120 million.  He is a certified mentor & active volunteer who loves to cook, hike and travel in his spare time. Abhi earned his Bachelors of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada and his MBA from the International School of Hard Knocks.
